Mark W. Jaindl

Mark W. Jaindl is an entrepreneur, developer, banker, and philanthropist. Mr. Jaindl started his career with his father in the family business, where he worked as Chief Financial Officer. In 1996, Mr. Jaindl founded American Bank., a $700 million commercial bank, where he continues to serve as President, CEO, and Chairman. In 2011, Mr. Jaindl co-founded Jaindl Enterprises, a vertically integrated portfolio of family-owned companies based in Allentown, PA.

In addition to his business ventures, Mr. Jaindl volunteers his time as a board member and leader of multiple nonprofits throughout eastern Pennsylvania, including Camelot For Children, America On Wheels, and Good Shepherd Rehabilitation.

Zachary J. Jaindl

Zachary J. Jaindl is a businessman and philanthropist responsible for establishing cross-company synergies and maximizing efficiencies through innovation. As President, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Jaindl Enterprises, Mr. Jaindl manages portfolio operations, real estate acquisitions, operations financing, project leasing, and general management of each division and its respective departments.

Since co-founding Jaindl Enterprises in 2011, Zachary has overseen each of the portfolio’s brands’ operational start-up, managed millions of dollars in real estate development and redevelopment efforts, and personally directs The Waterfront project: a $350 million lifestyle development along the Lehigh River’s western banks.

Kristina Bolduc

Kristina Bolduc joined Jaindl Enterprises in 2023 as the Human Resources Manager, bringing a wealth of expertise and passion for creating positive work environments. She holds a bachelor’s degree from East Stroudsburg University along with certifications in recruitment, people management, and mental health awareness. Having spent a decade humanizing company policies across the entertainment, recreation, finance and medical industries throughout New York and New Jersey, Kristina is well-equipped to lead the company’s HR initiatives. As a former performer and vocal coach and mom of a toddler, she thrives on creating magical moments and appreciates the importance of effective communication. Through a compassionate lens, she empowers her colleagues and provides them with the support they need to unlock their untapped potential. Kristina feels honored to be part of the revitalization of a town with a rich history and a strong sense of community.

Office Administrator

Alexis Chemnitz

Alexis Chemnitz joined the team in 2023 as the Office Administrator. She brings knowledge in business and administration management to our Human Resources team. After graduating from East Stroudsburg University in 2021 with her Bachelor’s in Sport and Business Management, she took her first steps into the sports world. As a history buff, Alexis is now eager to join Jaindl Enterprises to become part of refreshing and bringing new light to the Lehigh Valley’s history while lending a helping hand wherever possible. In her free time, she can be found in museums or spending time at a hockey game with her family.

Site Supervisor

George Christakos

George Christakos joined the Jaindl Enterprises team in July 2021 in the Property Management Division and has since taken over as Site Supervisor for the company portfolio. Mr. Christakos has more than fifteen years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in Site Supervisor, Project Manager, and Foreman roles. George is a lifelong resident of Pennsylvania and currently lives with his wife in Hatfield, Pennsylvania.

George oversees the management of active construction projects across the Jaindl Enterprises portfolio.

Pete Christakos

Pete Christakos joined the Jaindl Enterprises team in 2020 and holds the title of Project Manager. Pete began his career in the Golf Industry at the Golf Academy of America in Phoenix, Arizona. In 2011, Pete returned home to Eastern Pennsylvania and accepted a role in the Construction field. Since 2011, Pete has managed numerous large-scale commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects throughout Eastern, Central, and Western Pennsylvania.

Pete oversees the management of active construction projects, focusing on The Waterfront project in Allentown, PA.

Communications Manager

Kirsten Corallo

Kirsten Corallo joined the Jaindl Enterprises team in 2023 as the Communications Manager. She brings expertise in digital marketing for business-to-business applications. After graduating from Penn State University with her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising, she was eager to move back home to the Lehigh Valley because she knew stellar things were happening here. Now, she gets to play a role in the revitalization of Allentown. Kirsten loves everything related to community. She’s involved in a local fastpitch softball organization, as well as her church, and she’s ready to focus on building and maintaining strong community relationships online and offline for Jaindl Enterprises and its entities.

Lauren Kovac

Lauren Kovac joined the Jaindl Enterprises team in 2020 as the Controller and head of the Finance Department. Lauren has more than twenty years of experience in accounting, business management, and human resource management and provides financial oversight to the Jaindl Enterprises family of companies. Her background includes experience in public accounting, the entertainment and communication industries, manufacturing, and public education.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Albright College and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University.

Senior Property Technician

Alexander Larsson

Alexander Larsson joined the Jaindl Enterprises team in 2022 as Senior Property Technician. A natural problem solver, Alex has a knack for fixing things and enjoys the little bit of everything the job entails, including appliance repair, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and landscaping.

Born in Lagos, Nigeria, and raised in the Poconos, Alex now lives in Saylorsburg with his cat Pudding and spends his free time gaming, reading comic books, and going to the movies.

Kim Moreau

Kim Moreau joined Jaindl Enterprises in 2023 as an Accounting Associate. With an associates degree in business management, she brings 25 years of administrative and management experience, primarily in the medical field. She is excited to switch gears and focus on the financial aspects of the Jaindl Enterprises family of companies. A lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley, Kim is excited to join the team in revitalizing the Allentown landscape.

Marketing Manager

Michelle Simone

Michelle Simone joined the Jaindl Enterprises team in 2022 as the Marketing Manager. She brings over ten years of experience in marketing, with over five of those spent in the AEC industry. After many years working on the architectural side of things, she relishes the opportunity to tell a project’s story from the developer’s side, from conception to occupancy and beyond. A Northern Virginia native, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Virginia Tech and has lived up and down the east coast, gaining inspiration from people and places along the way. Michelle is enjoying a quieter suburban life with her husband and two kids after years in the hustle and bustle of Philadelphia.

Staff Accountant

Patricia White

Patricia White joined the Jaindl Enterprises team in 2022 as a Staff Accountant. As a key member of the accounting department, Patti is focused on the numbers behind the buildings and works with the team to track project costs, monitor cash flow, and prepare financial reports for C-Suite review. A Whitehall, Pennsylvania native, Patti attended Albright College, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Away from the office, you might find her tending to her garden, working her way through a good puzzle, or spending time with her husband, children, and grandson.
